Obtained Pennsylvania State approval based on the accepted program and delivered training. EQUIPMENT DESIGN AND MODIFICATION Designed high voltage testing equipment, special 4kv and 13kv circuit breakers to facilitate testing and repair of associated elevator mechanisms; Designed insulating barriers, special locks, dummy fuses, "mousetraps," standard safety grounds (temporary protective grounds), and other safety devices to ensure safe repair and overhaul procedures; Designed modifications to the Cardox fire protection system used at nuclear facilities.
